Role Overview :

As an Analyst / Associate, you will support the team in driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), conducting market analysis, preparing management reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain exposure to strategy, finance, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Planning & Forecasting : Assist in preparing and tracking the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including revenue projections and budgeting inputs.
• Business Analysis : Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and funnel deep dives to identify trends and insights.
• Performance Metrics : Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on key business metrics to improve campaign efficiency and revenue mix.
• Reporting : Prepare drafts for Monthly Review Meetings (MRMs), Board decks, and internal dashboards; ensure timely updates and accuracy of data.
• Investor & Leadership Support : Assist in updating investor presentations, leadership decks, and executive reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work o stakeholders and external partners on strategic initiatives
