We’re Hiring : HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location : Hybrid

CTC : 5 LPA (as per company standards)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Talent Management

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition aligned with company culture and objectives.

Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.

Employee Relations

Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Performance Management

Support managers in fair and consistent performance evaluations.

Implement performance improvement plans and coaching for growth.

Organizational Development

Assist in organizational change management and restructuring.

Facilitate training and skill enhancement programs.

Data & Analytics

Leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making.

Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
