Job description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement testing protocols for transformers.
Conduct electrical and mechanical tests on finished products.
Analyze test data and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed test reports and documentation.
Collaborate with design and production teams to enhance product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues.
Managing calibration of testing equipment and Manpower utilization daily and monthly basis and dividing the job accordingly, shift planning as per production schedule.
Handling technical calculations required for transformers.
Assisted in ISO & BIS audit for Documentation and planning.
on site Testing and Fault detection.
Comfortable in MS Word, PowerPoint Presentation and MS Excel.

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and quality assurance.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in testing equipment and software.
