Job Title : Infrastructure Lead – AWS

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Infrastructure Lead – AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, hands-on AWS expertise, and proven leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor teams. This role requires deep technical knowledge across AWS, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and Linux systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure.
• Oversee on-premises infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with cloud systems.
• Configure and maintain VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS services, Linux / Windows systems, storage, and networking.
• Develop and manage automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency; implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Optimize cloud costs through effective monitoring and resource utilization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
