We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT solutions team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, and desktop support expertise, along with the flexibility to work a 24 / 7 rota covering UK hours .

Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in IT Support (L1–L3) or Desktop Support
- Office 365 Administrator Console experience (minimum 6 years)
- Certifications :
- AZ-104
- AZ-900
- MCSE (2019 or above)
- ITIL4
- Hands-on expertise in :
- Office 365 administration, PowerShell
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Azure Core Services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Monitoring)
- Intune (Autopilot, Device Configuration Policies, Device Compliance)
- Windows Server (2012–2022)
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Degree-qualified
- Work-from-home capability :
- Own laptop [Windows 11 Professional]
- Fast, reliable internet
- Ability to invoice monthly and receive payment via bank transfer
Shift & Availability Requirements
You must be available during UK hours [ Day : 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm UK] and flexible to work any shift in the rota , including :Day : 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm UK [You will be mainly working on this shift]Night : 1 : 00 am – 9 : 00 am UKEvening : 5 : 00 pm – 1 : 00 am UKWeekend cover (Saturday & Sunday)Key Responsibilities
Provide professional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support via telephone, email, and remote toolsTake ownership of incidents, perform technical diagnosis, and resolve issues efficientlySupport and troubleshoot :Windows 10 / 11Office 365 applications & servicesMicrosoft Azure and IntuneWindows Server environmentsActive Directory administrationEndpoint security (Defender)Perform desktop installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenanceHandle general network troubleshooting (firewalls, routers, switches)Provide user administration support (AD, O365, VMware, etc.)Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing systemDeliver excellent customer service and communicate solutions in clear, plain EnglishPreferred Experience
