IMCS Group - Data Scientist - Machine Learning Models

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and insightful Data Scientist to join our data team. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in machine learning, and the ability to translate complex data into business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into analytical solutions
• Use statistical techniques and algorithms to optimize and improve existing models
• Visualize data insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib / Seaborn to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into production systems
• Monitor model performance and recalibrate as necessary
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in AI / ML and data science techniques
