SAP Consultant

We are looking for an SAP CRM Lead. This role will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP CRM processes, ensuring smooth integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities :

Lead SAP CRM solution design, configuration, and end-to-end implementations.

Manage core CRM functions : business partner management, sales, service, and marketing.

Collaborate with stakeholders and align CRM capabilities with business needs.

Oversee integration with SAP ERP, SD, and external applications.

Mentor team members and ensure quality project delivery.

Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvements.

Qualifications :

12+ years of SAP CRM experience with full lifecycle implementations.

Strong knowledge of CRM processes in sales, service, and marketing.

Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and delivering projects.

Excellent communication and business stakeholder management skills.
