Beyond Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its operations, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and student-friendly Visa Application Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in student visa filing and a strong command of SOP writing, this role is for you.

⭐ About the Role

As a Visa Application Officer, you will manage end-to-end student visa applications for the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe. You will be responsible for documentation, compliance, student coordination, and crafting compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs) that improve visa success rates.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa filing for multiple destinations.
• Collect, review, and verify all student documents for compliance.
• Complete online visa forms (UKVI, IRCC, DHA, DS-160, etc.) accurately.
• Draft and refine high-quality Statements of Purpose (SOPs) tailored to each student’s profile.
• Guide students throughout the visa process, addressing queries and timelines.
• Conduct quality checks to minimise errors and improve approval rates.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and VFS centres as required.
• Maintain and update all records, reports, and CRM entries.
