Job Objective :

Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for large-scale Digital Transformation projects in Central Government Ministries. Ensure scalable, secure, and interoperable e-Governance solutions aligned with Digital India frameworks and Central Government standards.

Qualifications :

Essential : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA; Desirable : M.Tech / MBA, AWS / TOGAF / PMP / Agile certifications.

Skills & Experience :

12+ years in Solution Architecture & large IT systems (Public Sector / e-Governance preferred).

DISCOM project experience is mandatory.

Expertise in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), hybrid setups, API gateways, enterprise integration, security & data architecture.

Familiarity with India Stack (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UPI).

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

Lead cloud-native, microservices-based, API-driven architectures; ensure scalability, security, and interoperability.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Collaborate with Ministries, consulting teams, and tech partners; advise on platforms, technology stacks, and deployment models.

Compliance & Standards :

Ensure adherence to MeitY guidelines, cybersecurity, data protection, open APIs, India Stack, and cloud adoption norms.

Innovation :

Recommend AI / ML, blockchain, IoT, analytics; drive DevSecOps, CI / CD, containerization.

Documentation & Mentoring :

Prepare architecture blueprints, integration workflows; build capacity of Ministry teams.
