Here are some responsibilities of an HR field recruiter :

• Developing recruitment plans : Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and recruitment plans
• Posting job ads : Write and post job descriptions on job sites, social media, and career pages
• Sourcing candidates : Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract candidates, such as networking and social media
• Screening resumes : Review incoming resumes and application forms
• Conducting interviews : Interview candidates by phone, in person, or video
• Providing feedback : Provide feedback to candidates and updates to hiring managers on the recruitment process
• Negotiating job offers : Negotiate job offers and compensation packages
• Managing expectations : Manage expectations of both candidates and hiring managers
• Providing guidance : Provide guidance and consultancy to new recruits and help them onboard
• Monitoring metrics : Monitor HR metrics such as source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill
