Key Responsibilities :

Lead HR strategy across PAN India operations, aligning manpower planning with business growth

Drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and compliance

Oversee employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives

Ensure labour law compliance, risk management, and robust HR governance

Mentor and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver impactful business outcomes

Ideal Profile :

MBA in Human Resources

13–16 years of experience in Retail / FMCG / QSR / multi-location operations

⚙️ Expertise in IR, compliance, performance management, and business partnering

Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
