Key Responsibilities :
Marketing & Business Activation :
- Plan and execute marketing activities / events such as seminars, meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, and business promotions (physical and digital).
- Innovate and plan new marketing initiatives regularly to enhance brand recall and awareness.
- Coordinate with compliance, research, and other teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
Partner Engagement & Training :
Handle active and inactive partners; arrange training sessions when required in various areas.Conduct product training for new customers to generate reference leads and ensure optimal conversion.Vendor & Agency Management :
Set up and manage a strong network of vendors / agencies for promotional activities in the assigned region.Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of marketing campaigns.Collaboration & Strategic Planning :
Work closely with business and service teams to align activation strategies with overall growth objectives.Apply market analysis and project management principles to optimize marketing initiatives.Who You Are :
Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA preferred.3+ years of experience in stock broking or similar financial services.3+ years of experience in business activation or marketing roles.Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.Skills Required
