Role Overview
SRV Media is looking for an Experimental Designer — someone who doesn’t just follow design systems, but questions them . This role is for a designer who enjoys trying new layouts, interactions, formats, and visual ideas , especially in high-speed, performance-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
- Experiment with new UI patterns, layouts, interactions, and visual styles
- Design high-impact landing pages, campaign creatives, microsites, and interfaces
- Rapidly prototype ideas in Figma (low-fidelity → high-fidelity)
- Collaborate closely with :
- Performance marketers (to test conversion ideas)
- Developers (to push execution boundaries)
- Content & strategy teams
- Run design experiments based on data, feedback, and intuition
- Create multiple design directions and iterate based on performance
- Balance creativity + usability + conversion
- Document learnings from experiments and evolve internal design practices
