Role Overview :
The Senior AI / ML Developer & Architect will design, implement, and deploy AI / ML solutions that enhance patient care, clinical decision-making, and operational efficiency.
You will integrate predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI capabilities with Salesforce Health Cloud to create intelligent healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design AI / ML models for patient risk prediction, diagnosis assistance, and personalized care recommendations.
- Integrate GenAI-driven features into Salesforce Health Cloud workflows.
- Work with healthcare datasets including EHR, claims, and IoT devices to develop robust ML models.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to implement scalable AI / ML pipelines.
- Deploy models using cloud-native services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and real-time prediction.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to communicate AI-driven insights to clinical and business users.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation for AI models in production.
- Stay updated with emerging AI / ML techniques and healthcare technology trends.
- Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.
Qualifications :
7+ years in AI / ML development with healthcare-focused projects.Strong experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, and GenAI frameworks.Proficient with cloud ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets and structured / unstructured data.Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
