Value Health Inc - Senior Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Developer / Architect

Role Overview :

The Senior AI / ML Developer & Architect will design, implement, and deploy AI / ML solutions that enhance patient care, clinical decision-making, and operational efficiency.

You will integrate predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI capabilities with Salesforce Health Cloud to create intelligent healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design AI / ML models for patient risk prediction, diagnosis assistance, and personalized care recommendations.
• Integrate GenAI-driven features into Salesforce Health Cloud workflows.
• Work with healthcare datasets including EHR, claims, and IoT devices to develop robust ML models.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to implement scalable AI / ML pipelines.
• Deploy models using cloud-native services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and real-time prediction.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to communicate AI-driven insights to clinical and business users.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation for AI models in production.
• Stay updated with emerging AI / ML techniques and healthcare technology trends.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.
