Job description

Lead new product development (NPD) from concept through validation and production

release.

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies in SolidWorks (3D

modeling, detailing, and GD&T).

Perform structural and fatigue analysis using ANSYS (static, contact, and modal).

Carry out manual gear design calculations as per AGMA / ISO standards (spur, helical,

worm).

Design and select bearings (slew bearings, roller bearings) and determine load capacity,

life, and tolerances.

Support material selection, heat treatment, and surface finish recommendations for

performance and durability.

Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for design validation

and production readiness.

Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and value engineering initiatives.

Experience : 4 to 7 years

salary : 50k to 90 k
