Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 3 -7 years of expertise to manage scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI / CD pipelines, and ensure high system reliability. This role involves full ownership of DevOps processes in a fast-paced fintech environment, from infrastructure automation to production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management : Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• CI / CD Pipelines : Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Containerization and Orchestration : Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and Performance : Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to ensure high availability and quick resolution of incidents.
• Security and Compliance : Enforce security best practices and manage compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR).
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance. Mentor junior engineers to drive DevOps culture.
