Job title / Area

Sales Managers – Retail SALES

Location- Mumbai

Summary

  • Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
  • Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have technical sales experience and worked with architects, projects & end customers.
  • Should have handled customer accounts and key customer accounts individually.
  • Qualification

  • Preferably should hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Primary responsibility

  • Sales & Marketing of company products to existing and new customers
  • Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and projects.
  • Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.
  • Generate & follow-up leads and referrals from field activity.
  • Prepare presentations, submissions and negotiation of quotations.
  • Maintain sales and marketing collaterals.
  • Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
  • Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
  • Payment collection.
  • Other sales-specific duties assigned as deemed fit from time to time
  • Additional responsibilities

  • Support the Design and Projects team with the required inputs from the site.
  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Ability to develop and deliver product presentations.
  • Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
