Role Overview

We’re looking for a Python Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python frameworks and has previously worked in fast-paced environments like Travel Tech , Fintech , Food Delivery , Logistics , or InsurTech .

You’ll play a key role in designing and building backend systems, APIs, and integrations that scale efficiently and securely.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work on third-party API integrations and data pipelines.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployments.
