Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Recruiter located in Raurkela. The Professional Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the right fit for LoadShare Networks. Daily tasks will include developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. The recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, including the ability to identify and attract top talent
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions and job posting strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruiting for logistics or technology sectors is a plus.
