Job Purpose :
The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. The role will utilize advanced analytics tools, AI, and visualization platforms to optimize processes and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, and sales systems.
- Analyse sales, marketing, supply chain, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Utilize AI and machine learning tools for predictive analytics, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights to improve sales, marketing, and operational performance.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and analytics technologies to enhance data-driven strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies :
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in Pharma or healthcare.Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.Experience with AI / ML tools and predictive analytics frameworks.Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Experience in the Pharma industry is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Saneforce / Salesforce) and ERP tools.About Company :
