About the Role

We are seeking a

Project Controls Manager

to oversee the cost and schedule performance of a landmark luxury residential development. This role will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and reporting on all project control processes ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

You will work closely with project management, commercial, and site teams to provide accurate forecasting, performance analysis, and project insight to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the

project controls framework , covering cost, schedule, and progress tracking.

Prepare, monitor, and update

project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows .

Lead the

planning and scheduling

function using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

Track and report

progress and performance KPIs

(earned value, variance, trends, etc.).

Support

change management , including cost and schedule impacts.

Prepare and issue

periodic project control reports

for management and stakeholders.

Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project management to ensure data integrity.

Identify and highlight potential risks and deviations early, with recommendations for mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in

Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline .

Minimum

5–8 years

of experience in

project controls or cost control , preferably in

luxury residential or building projects .

Strong knowledge of

cost management, planning, and earned value techniques .

Proficiency in

Primavera P6 ,

Excel , and cost management systems (e.g., Candy, CostOS, or similar).

Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Self-driven and able to operate

independently

within a project environment.
