About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Analytics Leader who can drive data-led decision-making and deliver measurable business impact. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with product & business stakeholders, and build scalable analytics frameworks to optimize growth, retention, and customer experience.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead & mentor the Data Analytics team, ensuring delivery of actionable insights.
  • Drive revenue growth & retention through data-driven personalization & offer optimization.
  • Design & execute A / B experiments to improve funnels and customer journeys.
  • Build & deploy machine learning models for segmentation, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and recommendations.
  • Create scalable dashboards & KPI frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to translate insights into strategies.

What Were Looking For :

  • 810 years of experience in Analytics / Data Science, with 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of statistics & experimentation (A / B testing, hypothesis testing).
  • Knowledge of ML techniques (regression, clustering, classification, forecasting).
  • Strong business acumen with proven impact in e-commerce, fintech, or gaming preferred.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
