▷ Urgent : Legal Intern

Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Legal Intern to support the Legal Department in managing routine administrative functions and backend operations. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of ongoing legal processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations and to contribute to the efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities :

• MIS Tracking : Maintain and update legal databases, tracking systems, and case management tools to ensure accuracy and timely updates. Prepare minutes of legal meetings, follow-up action points, and maintain internal trackers.
• Document Management : Organize and manage legal documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Follow-ups & Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for document submissions, status updates, and timely follow-ups on pending legal matters.
• Research Assistance : Assist in conducting legal research and analysis on specific cases, statutes, and regulations, providing support in legal decision-making.
• Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including drafting routine legal communications, preparing case summaries, and handling any other tasks as directed by senior legal staff.
