Hiring : Oracle EBS (R12) – Order Management Functional Lead

We’re seeking a senior Oracle EBS (R12) Functional Lead with strong expertise in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, and Shipping modules.

This role will lead end-to-end functional delivery and drive process excellence across customer service, pricing, and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting & Shipping modules.
  • Manage full-cycle delivery – CRP, UAT, SIT, documentation (MD50 / BR100).
  • Partner with business & IT teams to design scalable solutions and enhance system performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management & related modules.
  • Functional Lead in 3+ end-to-end implementations .
  • Strong in AIM methodology, documentation & conversion design.
  • Exposure to Inventory, WIP, ASCP, or WMS modules preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication skills.
