JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an innovative and resourceful

AI Solution Specialist

to lead our internal AI initiatives. This role will act as a

bridge between technology and business

, working across Development, Marketing, Data, and R&D teams to

identify opportunities

, explore cutting-edge AI solutions, and help implement tools and processes that improve efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with internal departments to

identify challenges and opportunities

where AI can bring measurable value.

Conduct discovery sessions with team leads and managers to

understand departmental needs and workflows

Research, evaluate, and present relevant

AI tools, platforms, and trends

for practical business applications.

Lead the

prototyping and demonstration of AI use cases

across various functions.

Work with tech and data teams to

support implementation or integration

of AI solutions.

Coach the internal teams on the importance and impact of AI

, helping them understand its practical relevance in their domains.

Encourage and facilitate idea generation

, motivating team members to bring forward more AI-related use cases and innovations.

Build and maintain an

internal AI resource repository

with use cases, best practices, and knowledge-sharing tools.

Train and guide teams

on AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical use through workshops and internal sessions.

Stay informed about the evolving AI landscape and continuously explore

how it can support company goals

QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years of experience in

AI-focused roles

solution engineering

, or

innovation-led initiatives

Strong understanding of

AI / ML concepts

and hands-on familiarity with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or no-code / low-code AI platforms.

Excellent

communication and analytical thinking

, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical teams.

Demonstrated experience in

problem discovery, research, and solution design

, with an open, learning-oriented mindset.

Proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and effectively manages cross-departmental initiatives.

Nice to Have : Experience with

prompt engineering

, API integrations, or building PoCs with AI models.

Knowledge of

data pipelines, automation tools

, or AI implementation in marketing and development environments.

Background in
