Job Title : Accounts Payable – Fresher

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : B.Com (Mandatory)

Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh B.Com graduates to join our Accounts Payable team . The role will provide exposure to end-to-end accounts payable processes, including GST, TDS, and vendor payments , with a strong learning platform in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments as per company policies.
  • Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents.
  • Handle accounting of GST & TDS deductions as per statutory requirements.
  • Prepare vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice / payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and internal controls.

Requirements :

  • B.Com graduate (mandatory).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts.
  • Awareness of GST & TDS fundamentals preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
