About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished English Expert / Lecturer / Teacher with extensive experience in developing English syllabi and examinations across multiple levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing Home Language English curricula as well as TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) syllabi and courses . This is a project-based opportunity with the possibility of a long-term partnership role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development :
• Design, develop, and refine English syllabi for Home Language learners across age groups.
• Create structured and practical TEFL course curricula aligned with international standards.
• Integrate modern pedagogical practices, critical thinking, and communication strategies into syllabi.
• Examination Design :
• Develop high-quality English language examinations that align with CEFR and global standards.
• Prepare assessment frameworks, marking schemes, and evaluation rubrics.
• Ensure exams are balanced, fair, and accurately measure proficiency levels.
• Instructional Expertise :
• Advise on teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
• Provide consultation for implementation of syllabi across schools, institutions, or training programs.
• Collaboration & Leadership :
• Work closely with academic directors, education consultants, and other subject experts.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning for English education projects.
• Potential to transition into a strategic partner role in curriculum and exam development.
