Job descriptionDevelop checklists and implement a QA system for consistent, high-quality design delivery. Design and implement key processes for planning, communication, reporting, and analysis. Create standardization across products and projects in line with Total Environment’s design philosophy. Meet homeowners to understand requirements and develop design solutions that are simple, functional, and aligned with TE aesthetics. Coordinate with structural, services, project, and site teams to ensure feasibility and design compliance. Prepare and review construction drawings, specification sets, and BoQs. Conduct stage-wise site inspections to ensure the work aligns with design intent. Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture or Design Experience : Minimum 7 years in residential design, interiors, or customisation Strong in design detailing, documentation, and project coordination Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills Familiarity with TE-style design and detailing will be an added advantage
