Job descriptionUse AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript, etc.) to create drafts and finalize videos. Build storyboards or visual flows based on blog insights. Generate or enhance voiceovers using AI. Source or create relevant AI-generated visuals, transitions, and animations. Make creative refinements to AI-generated outputs where needed (timing, pacing, aesthetics). Ensure all videos meet quality standards for clarity, branding, and storytelling. Optimize videos for digital channels (web, social media, blogs). Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align on narratives. Incorporate client feedback quickly and accurately. Maintain a content pipeline for multiple clients / projects. 3-6 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or similar roles. Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and short-form video structure. High-quality video editing proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. Ability to convert long-form content into concise, impactful scripts. Good command of English; ability to simplify complex information. Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
