Old Hat Media is a creator-first media agency working with top influencers across You Tube, Instagram, and other platforms. We manage content strategy, production, editing, growth, and brand partnerships for leading creators.

We are looking for a Camera Person cum Video Editor who is comfortable shooting content and editing videos, primarily working from home but available to travel for shoots within Delhi / NCR on selected days.

Role Overview

This hybrid role involves :

Editing from home (majority of work) Travelling for shoots on specific days as per project requirements

You will work closely with creators to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content.

Responsibilities

Shoot content such as You Tube videos, Reels / Shorts, BTS, Podcasts & Interviews

Operate camera, basic lighting, and audio equipment

Coordinate and travel for shoots (Delhi / NCR only)

Edit long-form and short-form content for You Tube & Instagram

Create clean, engaging edits aligned with brand tone

Manage file backups and media organization

Work closely with the internal team to execute creative ideas

Deliver edits on deadline Requirements

1–3 years of experience in shooting + editing

Must be based in Delhi Skilled in operating DSLR / mirrorless cameras

Basic understanding of lighting + audio setup

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

Familiar with You Tube & Instagram formats (Reels / Shorts)

Good communication and time-management skills

Ability to work independently

Owning a personal editing setup is preferred

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Basic thumbnail design (Photoshop / Canva)

Motion graphics experience

Prior work with influencers / creators
