Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Quantum Solutions Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our customized quantum-inspired AI solutions to enterprise and SMB customers worldwide. This is a quota-carrying position that demands a proven track record in managing complex, technical sales cycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and closing deals that deliver substantial transformational value through our quantum-powered solutions. The ability to translate quantum computing capabilities into clear, tangible business outcomes will be key to excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas for quantum solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Engineering, and business unit leaders.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that demonstrate the ROI and business impact of quantum-inspired AI solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and manage pipeline within CRM systems.
  • Represent QpiAI at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings globally.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field).
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in directly selling AI / ML solutions to enterprise and SMB customers.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles with a record of consistently achieving targets.
  • International sales experience with exposure to multiple geographies, including North America, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East.
  • Deep understanding of AI / ML and preferable quantum inspired AI technologies, enterprise applications, and business value drivers.
  • Experience in selling to both technical and business stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand complex business problems.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30-40%).
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Knowledge of quantum computing concepts and their applications.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and SaaS business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Familiarity with optimization, simulation, or scientific computing applications.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with an annual contract value exceeding $500K.
