About the role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance and Accounts professional to manage financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage compliance, support financial reporting across the company and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely book-keeping.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Overseeing statutory payments to government departments and monthly reconciliations (TDS, GST)
  • Leading monthly closing of books and coordinating with various departments for monthly closure
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Oversee payroll, reimbursements, and employee benefits in compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage banking relationships, fund transfers, and reconciliation of bank statements.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime & ERP 9 (mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial functions efficiently.
