The Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of freelance Customer Consultants to drive AMC Cookware sales through direct selling and AMC Parties (home demonstrations). This role involves daily field activities such as conducting product presentations and cooking demonstrations focused on health and nutrition, recruiting and training new consultants, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales and recruitment targets.
Field Sales & Demonstrations
- Plan, book, and conduct regular in-home AMC Cookware demonstrations.
- Support team members during product demonstrations to help maximize sales conversions.
- Identify new demonstration opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Actively participate in sales drives, exhibitions, and local promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Deliver engaging presentations on health, nutrition, and smart cooking at exhibitions, residential societies, schools, and colleges.
- Ensure all customer data, demo feedback, and sales conversion details are accurately recorded in the company’s reporting system.
Reporting
Monitor and track the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.Prepare and submit weekly performance reports covering team productivity, leader development, and sales conversion ratios.Identify unde rperforming team members and provide timely on-field coaching and support to improve results.Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain accurate sales and documentation records in accordance with company policies.Skills & Competencies

PUC / Science Graduates, Hotel Management, or Diploma in Nutrition preferred.Candidates with strong field sales experience may also be considered, even if they do not meet the above educational criteria.For the right candidate, educational qualification will not be a constraint.
