Role : Associate Director – Franchise Division

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and expand our Franchise Division. The role is based in Delhi and requires a results-oriented leader who can drive growth while upholding the high standards of DPIS.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand the franchise network across regions.

Develop business plans and oversee P&L management for franchise units.

Provide training, mentoring, and operational support to franchise partners.

Drive sales growth and business expansion strategies.

Ensure compliance with operational and educational excellence standards.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Franchising and Business Planning.

Strong understanding of P&L management.

Excellent skills in Training, Sales, and Business Development.

Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Background :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Prior experience in the education industry is highly desirable.
