Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with
strong expertise in AI / ML, Generative AI, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will
bring 6+ years of proven experience in developing, deploying, and scaling machine learning
and GenAI solutions. This role requires both hands-on technical excellence and the ability to
mentor junior engineers, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a client-facing capacity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI
(GenAI) solutions.
Develop robust backend applications and APIs to support AI / ML workflows.Leverage AWS cloud services to build and manage ML / AI solutions.Implement ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Linear Regression, XGBoost) withdeep understanding of their mathematical foundations.
Apply GenAI frameworks and AI Agent development for real-world businesssolutions.
Write clean, optimized, and efficient Python code (without AI assistance) for MLmodel development and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders todeliver AI-driven business value.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in solution design andimplementation.
Operate in a client-facing capacity, ensuring smooth communication and delivery ofsolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning & AI solution development.Strong Python programming skills, with the ability to write code independently.Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, andinternal mathematics.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering,Vector Databases, etc.).
Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and application deployment.Experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.) for ML / AIworkloads.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) with some team / lead responsibilities.Ability to work in hybrid mode and manage client interactions effectively.Good to Have :
Exposure to MLOps tools and practices.Knowledge of data engineering workflows.Experience with scalable architecture and distributed systems.This is onsite role for Hydrabad / Bengaluru, India.
