We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager (MEP) to oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all MEP works, from planning and execution to final handover.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for large-scale multi-storied residential and commercial complexes.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site MEP activities to ensure quality and compliance with design, specifications, and timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and other internal teams.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities) , and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations.
- Manage and oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Control the quality, cost, and timely delivery of MEP services.
