Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapy Assistant located in Bhubaneswar. The Speech Therapy Assistant will assist in delivering speech therapy services to clients, provide support during therapy sessions, and maintain detailed records of client progress. The role involves collaborating with licensed speech therapists, working directly with children and adults, and helping to implement communication and education strategies aimed at improving clients' speech and language development. The assistant will also engage in continuous learning to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Skills in Speech Therapy and Speech development to support client needs
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to effectively interact with clients and their families
• Experience in Education and implementing educational techniques during therapy
• Ability to work with children and tailor approaches to their developmental requirements
• A passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential
• Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in speech therapy or related roles is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow therapy plans
