We’re looking for a Guest Experience Associate who enjoys being on the floor, understands people, and takes pride in creating smooth, warm, and memorable guest experiences.

How we got here :

Nitin and Manit — both entrepreneurs — grew up loving North Indian comfort food.

Missing the Delhi wale Chole Bhature, Haridwar wali Aloo Poori, and desi ghee parathas from home, they started Khao Aur Khane Do in Chandigarh. After perfecting the recipe, they realised the secret to good food lies not just in the ingredients, but in the honour , respect , and care invested in its making.

What You'll Do :

Guest Experience & Service

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Help guests navigate the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
• Take accurate orders on POS and communicate special requests clearly
• Stay attentive during rush hours to ensure smooth service and minimal wait times
