Job description
  • Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with WSP’s learning objectives.
  • Consult and collaborate with global subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessary revisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers, where appropriate.
  • Provide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Development team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital learning and content creation.
  • Work with regional subject matter experts to ensure accurate translation of learning materials and curation of culturally appropriate content.
