Job descriptionManage merchant redemption reports and mark codes as redeemed. Track and resolve missing codes and assist with reconciling merchant payments and tracking additional commissions. Support the Regional Senior Manager in coordinating with Finance and merchants for reconciliation issues. Assist with pre-uploading API codes and resolving order delays or discrepancies. Support in tracking and resolving internal concerns that involve the Partnership Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and finance operations. Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. High level of attention to detail and time management. Operation Executive - Data & Merchant Payments Analyst
Job Summary
YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Data & Merchant Payments
Analyst to support the daily financial and analytical operations of the business.
With a keen attention to detail, the Analyst will be able to assist in daily activities of the
Partnership Team, including but not limited to financial reconciliation, generating
performance reports, and ensuring payment process integrity, to ensure smooth business
operations.
Main Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
- Generate and analyze sold / redemption reports.
- Prepare customized management reports and assist in preparing weekly, quarterly, and yearly reviews.
- Support the Reporting Manager with data analysis and trend monitoring.
Finance Operations
Internal Operations
Team and following up with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
