Oracle Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant Overview

The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.

Responsibilities :

• Candidate must be 70% Functional and 30% technical.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process / element setup) for US and Canada region.
• US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4 / rl1 / w4)
• Experience in North America Taxation
• Ability to write fast formula for payroll elements
• Good with BIP and OTBI development, SDLC and JIRA knowledge
• HDL experience
• Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
• Payroll slip template customizations
• Preparing functional required documents.
• Gathering detailed functional requirements from the business, documenting these in functional specifications.
• Regression testing of RICE components.
• Functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.
• Reviews open cases / issues and troubleshoots for resolution. Coordinates with the team regarding tickets.
• Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application.
• Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large / complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations / file transfers.
• Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
• Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas. Engages Digital and vendor for support, as necessary.
