Full Stack Creative & Digital Marketing Expert

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

We need one sharp, creative, and result-oriented professional who can do what usually takes three people :

• Build and manage beautiful, fast, responsive websites
• Design world-class graphics and marketing materials
• Run end-to-end digital marketing campaigns

This is an execution-first role — no fluff, no dependency on agencies.

You’ll directly work with the Founder of Agriplast Tech India Pvt Ltd and lead all our creative and digital work in-house.

🛠 Key Responsibilities🖥 Website Design & Management

Build and manage WordPress, Shopify, or custom-coded websites

Create landing pages, product pages, SEO blogs, and forms

Ensure mobile optimization , speed, responsiveness, and security

Regular updates and bug fixing

🎨 Graphic Design

Design brand identity, brochures, catalogs, social media posts, product packaging

Create Reels thumbnails, banners, icons, ads, and trade show materials

Handle photo retouching, image compositing, and layout design

📈 Digital Marketing

Plan and run Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns

Manage Instagram, YouTube, Facebook accounts

Write and schedule email campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)

Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEO tools

Grow reach, leads, and engagement organically and through paid campaigns

📚 Required Skills

3–6 years of hands-on experience

Proficiency in :

WordPress , Elementor, Shopify, HTML / CSS (basic)

Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools

Strong portfolio of websites and design work

Understanding of Indian and international audiences

Fluent in English and Hindi

Able to deliver independently , without constant supervision

✅ Bonus Skills

Motion graphics (After Effects or CapCut)

Video editing for Reels / Shorts

UI / UX or basic wireframing

Experience with agriculture, startups, or B2B marketing
