Summary :

Manage and support Intel / VMware / Windows servers / operating systems and Active Directory that constitute the Celestica global enterprise server environment.

These duties include Vmware and Windows Server administration tasks, operating systems management, hardware, and software architecture, installation, configuration, and support, system / admin security and setup

• The Specialist, IT Infrastructure will install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the virtual infrastructure and operating environments, ensuring the ongoing reliability, performance, and security of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring and upkeeping the virtual infrastructure and operating environments;

responding to incidents& problems, planning for growth, deployment of new technologies as well as designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and performing testing of virtual infrastructure, server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting problems as reported by users, and the acquisition, replacement, and decommissioning of related equipment, software, and services.
