Position Overview

Woxsen University invites accomplished scholars and practitioners to join as

Professors of Management

across multiple disciplines. The role demands academic leadership, excellence in research and teaching, and active contribution to institutional development and global engagement.

The candidate is expected to contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, lead research initiatives, mentor faculty and students, and engage with industry and community partners to advance the university’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

Deliver high-quality teaching across UG, PG, and Doctoral programs.

Innovate and implement experiential and technology-enhanced learning methods.

Supervise student research projects and dissertations.

Engage in curriculum development aligned with global standards and industry trends.

Research & Scholarship

Publish impactful research in reputed ABDC / Scopus / SSCI journals.

Secure external funding and lead interdisciplinary research projects.

Mentor junior faculty and doctoral scholars.

Represent the university in academic conferences, editorial boards, and professional bodies.

Institutional Development

Contribute to the development of academic programs, accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, NBA), and rankings.

Participate in strategic planning, governance committees, and academic events.

Build and nurture international collaborations and industry partnerships.

Community & Industry Engagement

Drive executive education, consultancy, and corporate training initiatives.

Lead social impact and sustainability projects aligned with Woxsen’s mission.

Qualifications & Experience

Ph.D. in Management or related discipline

from a recognized university (preferably international or top-tier Indian institution).

Minimum

10 years of academic and / or industry experience , with significant teaching and research accomplishments.

Proven record of publications in indexed journals (ABDC A

• / A / B or equivalent).

Evidence of leadership in curriculum design, research supervision, or academic administration.

Demonstrated engagement with industry, consultancy, or executive education preferred.

International exposure and accreditation experience (AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA) will be an advantage.
