Experience : - 5+ to 10+ Years

Must Have : Service Now Configuration, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Scripting, Workflows, And Integrations, Customer Service Management (CSM).

Roles and Responsibilities

Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize legal service processes such Customer Service Management (CSM).

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements

Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.

Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.

Debugging and fixing technical problems

Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.

Documenting code and application functionality

Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.

Requirements & Skills

with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations .

with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
