Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Webflow Developer role based in Bengaluru. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality websites using Webflow, including implementing designs, developing back-end functionality, testing website performance, and resolving technical issues. The role will also involve close collaboration with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless user experiences and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Solid foundation in Computer Science principles and strong Programming skills
• Experience with debugging, testing, and resolving technical challenges in website development
• Strong understanding of Webflow functionality and ability to translate design files into responsive websites
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with UX / UI design principles is a plus
• Prior experience with digital marketing or web-based projects is advantageous
