Job description

Job Description :

  • Handle NPD (New Product Development) Activities for all OEM customers, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and timelines
  • Rubber Tube Part Manufacturing : Strong knowledge of the entire process, from extrusion to finishing of rubber tube parts
  • Oversee new machine installation and ensure proper validation for new production lines
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Involve in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) to ensure product quality and timely delivery
  • Promote continuous improvement within the production process to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

Required Candidate Profile :

  • Monitoring of P.E (Production Engineering) related activities to ensure proper execution of NPD
  • Knowledge and experience with IATF 16949 and VSA (Vendor System Audit), specifically in relation to P.E Dept. / NPD
  • Coordination with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of NPD activities
  • Strong understanding of the rubber extrusion process
