Our client is a Diversified Conglomerate in agri and industrial sectors. We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at their Sugar & Distillery plant. The ideal candidate will have a proven expertise in managing end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup, and the ability to align people practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all plant-level HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manage industrial relations (IR) and maintain strong union / worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
- Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience :
