Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pollachi. The Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations, maintain a deep knowledge of Lakshmi Jewellery's collections, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will also include achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and assisting with in-store displays and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships
• Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones or experience in retail sales is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn about the latest jewelry trends and collections
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in the local language(s) of Pollachi is an advantage
