Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead Developer to drive the design development and modernization of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot along with hands-on experience in legacy systems (e.g. monolithic applications older frameworks or mainframe integrations). This role involves leading a team of developers collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Analyze refactor and modernize legacy systems to align with current architecture standards.
• Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Ensure application performance scalability and security.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
• Integrate applications with databases APIs and third-party services.
• Maintain documentation for architecture design and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
